The fair was a big success, thank you to all that participated! 

MNIPL Cook County Climate Action Group & CCLEP welcome you to the first annual Earth Day Fair in Grand Marais!

Join in on the fun to celebrate our ancestors stewardship of Cook County, our community & our love of the Earth together!

This event is free of charge.

  • There will be plenty of space to watch our musical guests & of course, to dance!

Local Food

Ready to dig into some delicious, locally sourced food? You are in luck! The Bad Seed Food Truck will be catering some mouth-watering delights you don't want to miss!

This Earth Day Fair will facilitate an inclusive environment for the community to learn, collaborate and grow together. Our focus is to nurture individual and community action towards climate solutions in a supportive atmosphere to cultivate change, equity and sustainable living for Cook County. This can be an excellent opportunity to unify and develop community action towards climate justice as stewards of our Earth together! This is the first event the Cook County Climate Action Group & CCLEP are organizing together. Please consider donating to these organizations to support our programs!

Other Earth Day Events Throughout the Weekend:

Saturday April 23rd 1pm to 3pm

Trash Clean up Community Service Project! Meet at Harbor Park to clean up trash along the shoreline, HWY 61 & around town. We will have 10 soft sided carts for collecting trash. Please bring your own trash bags for collecting! Wear bright clothing for safety along roadways.

CCLEP is a small nonprofit that runs on grant support and donations from folks like you . Consider donating to CCLEP so we can continue to organize events like this for our wonderful community!
