Cook County Heating + Home Weatherization Survey

Fill out the survey to enter to win a $50 gift card to the Cook County Home Center, Buck's Hardware, Johnson's Foods or the Cook County Whole Foods Co-op! 

Your survey submission will help identify what housing rehab, repair, and heating needs exist in Cook County. The insight you provide will help determine what resources may be needed to help serve our community to preserve our housing stock & improve the energy efficiency, heating & safety of the homes we live in. This compiled data will help identify what community education workshops and other resources are most important to provide for Cook County.

This survey will take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete. We recommend taking it while you are in your own home to answer the questions.

The survey will be available to complete from November 29th until December 30th, 2022. The survey is available as a hard copy as well.
